Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our workshop within two business days of payment clearing. Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide, and every parcel is insured for its full value and tracked door to door.
| United States | 3–5 business days |
|---|---|
| Canada & Mexico | 4–7 business days |
| United Kingdom & EU | 5–9 business days |
| Australia & New Zealand | 6–10 business days |
| Rest of world | 7–14 business days |
Orders to the US, EU, UK, Canada and Australia are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid — nothing is collected on delivery. For other destinations, any import charges are set by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is generated, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier ourselves.
Returns
You may return any watch within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, with no questions asked. To be eligible the watch must come back in the condition it arrived: unworn beyond trying it on, with no marks on the case or crystal, and in its original packaging with the numbered card.
The 30-day window runs from the delivery date shown by the carrier, not the order date. To start a return, email us with your order number or use the contact form — we will send a prepaid, insured return label.
Refunds
Once the watch reaches us it is inspected within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit. We will email you at each step.
Exchanges
If you would rather swap for another reference, tell us which one when you open the return. If the new reference costs more we will send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less we refund the balance.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the reference inside is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the watch. We will ship a replacement immediately at our cost and arrange collection of the original.
Warranty & Service
Five-year international warranty
Every RaceMaster reference carries a five-year warranty from the delivery date, valid worldwide and transferable if you gift or resell the watch. It covers the movement, the case finish and the crystal under normal use.
What is covered
- Movement defects, including timekeeping outside our published tolerance
- Failure of the crown, pushers or winding mechanism
- Water ingress caused by a defective gasket
- Manufacturing defects in the case, dial, hands or crystal
- Loss of the anti-reflective coating under normal wear
What is not covered
- Scratches, dents or cracks caused by impact or accident
- Water damage where the caseback has been opened by a third party
- Damage from unauthorised servicing or modification
- Normal wear of straps, buckles and spring bars
- Loss or theft
How to make a claim
Email us with your caseback number — the number engraved on the back of the watch — and a short description of the problem. We will reply within one business day with either a diagnosis or a prepaid shipping label. Repairs under warranty are free, including return shipping.
Please do not send a watch in without contacting us first; unannounced parcels cannot be insured and may be refused at the workshop door.
Servicing and out-of-warranty repair
We service every reference we have ever built, including discontinued runs, and we hold spare parts for them. A standard service covers a full strip-down, cleaning, re-lubrication, gasket replacement, regulation and pressure testing, and takes 4–6 weeks. Contact us with your caseback number for a quote.
Registering your watch
Your warranty is recorded against the caseback number at the moment of dispatch, so there is nothing to fill in. Keep the numbered card that ships with the watch — it is useful if you ever resell it, but it is not required for a claim.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number where provided, and the contents of your order. If you create an account we also store your order history. If you contact us we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and follow up.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, and the billing details needed to verify the transaction.
Analytics and cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shopping cart, checkout and account sessions to function. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
Who we share it with
We share your shipping details with the carrier delivering your parcel, and payment details with our payment processor. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and for the length of the warranty so we can honour a claim. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and all traffic is encrypted. Access to customer records is restricted to the people who need it to fulfil orders and answer support requests.
Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from RaceMaster. By placing an order you accept them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before ordering and we will explain it.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch by email. If a reference sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you and either offer the next available piece or refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable product taxes. Shipping is complimentary. Where duties are prepaid we cover them; for other destinations, import charges set by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Availability
Our references are produced in numbered, limited runs. Once a run is sold out it may not return. Limited-run numbering is assigned in order of confirmed payment.
Warranty and returns
The five-year warranty and the 30-day return policy are set out on the Warranty & Service and Shipping & Returns pages, and form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The RaceMaster name, the logo, our photography and the design of our references belong to us. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. References to third-party vehicles, teams or components are descriptive only; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are subject to the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
